VELO Dark Blackcurrant is built around ripe blackcurrant, with a deep, dark berry taste that is slightly tart and full in the body. It is less sugary than most berry pouches and tastes more like the fruit itself than a blackcurrant drink. The tartness keeps it fresh right to the end.
The nicotine level is 11.4 mg/g, about 8 mg per pouch, which places it in our Medium band. It is a moderate everyday strength, easy to use and noticeable without being heavy, and it suits anyone who likes a darker, less sweet fruit.
Unlike most Velo cans, this one holds 22 slim white pouches. If you like blackcurrant but want it sweeter, compare it with Velo Sweet Black Currant. For berries with a cooling finish, try Velo Icy Berries, or browse the full Velo range.
