Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to all EU countries excluding Sweden and France.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders Monday to Friday at 2:00 PM. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are usually shipped the same day.

If your order is placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, your first shipping day will be Monday at 2:00 PM.

Please note that our delivery times are counted in business days, not regular calendar days. This means weekends and Swedish bank holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Swedish bank holidays 2026

Orders are not shipped on Swedish bank holidays. Please note that these days may affect your delivery time:

  • January 1 – New Year’s Day
  • January 6 – Epiphany
  • April 3 – Good Friday
  • April 6 – Easter Monday
  • May 1 – Labour Day
  • May 14 – Ascension Day
  • June 6 – National Day of Sweden
  • June 19 – Midsummer Eve
  • June 20 – Midsummer Day
  • October 31 – All Saints’ Day
  • December 24 – Christmas Eve
  • December 25 – Christmas Day
  • December 26 – Boxing Day

These dates are based on Sweden’s 2026 public/bank holiday calendar.

When will I get my tracking link?

You will receive your tracking link once your order has been processed by our warehouse and handed over to the courier, either UPS or DHL.

Please note that the tracking link is not sent immediately after placing your order. It is only created once the parcel has been packed, labelled, and collected by the courier.

Once your tracking link is available, you will receive it by email so you can follow your parcel during delivery.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Unlike the fashion industry, we do not offer free returns. Nicotine pouches have a low profit margin per unit, so the return cost will be the same amount you paid for shipping, plus a €1.50 handling fee.

Products are only returnable within 3 days of receiving your order. This means you must contact us about your return within 72 hours after delivery.

Please consider the return cost before sending products back. For example, if you return products worth only €5–€6, the return shipping and handling fee may mean that you receive little or no refund.

If you still want to return certain items, please contact us first. We will then send you a return label and guide you through the return process.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
