Disclaimer (for international orders):

All orders are shipped from Denmark. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the import, possession, and use of the products ordered. Snusmania does not assume any liability for customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, or other import-related charges imposed by the destination country. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any such obligations and consequences resulting from the importation of the goods.

4. Returning an Item

4.1 Return Policy

We offer returns on unopened goods. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Unopened Goods: Refunds will be processed for unopened items in their original condition.
  • Opened or Damaged Goods: Opened cans or boxes and items damaged through customer handling are non-refundable unless proven to be our mistake.

4.2 Procedure

  • Pack the item securely and in its original condition.
  • Contact us for return instructions.

Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receival. Refunds may take 1-3 banking days to appear in your account.


5. Exchanging an Item

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Right of Cancellation

You have a 14-day right of cancellation. Any associated costs will be covered by the customer. The cooling-off period begins the day you receive the item.

To cancel your purchase, email jannek@nicopods.dk or use our default cancellation form.


7. Cancellation of Part of the Purchase

If you purchased multiple items, you may return one or more items while keeping the rest. However:

  • You are financially liable for the return shipping of the unwanted items.
  • You are also responsible for the shipping costs of any replacement goods you request.

8. Condition of the Item

You are responsible for any diminished value of goods resulting from unnecessary handling. Items considered used may only be partially reimbursed based on their commercial value.

Send items back in their original shipping package, as missing packaging may reduce the item's value.


9. Reimbursement

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may be withheld until the returned item is received or documentation of shipment is provided.

If unresolved, you may file a complaint via the EU Commission's online complaint portal.
