The Kelly Sky Refill is Kelly White's sky-blue glitter can, light and shimmery. Like the brand's other glitter cans it is covered in rhinestones, so it sparkles whenever it comes out of a pocket or bag, and the soft blue makes it one of the calmer glitter designs.
