Cuba Coca Leaf is the most extreme pouch Cuba makes, both in flavour and in strength. The taste is herbal and slightly bitter, inspired by the coca leaf, and it is unlike anything in the fruit or mint line-up. There is little sweetness, so it tastes earthy and green rather than sugary.
At 77 mg/g, or about 50 mg of nicotine per pouch, it is the strongest Cuba pouch we stock and sits high in our Ultra Strong band. That is even more than the 66 mg/g Cuba Black line. It is strictly for very experienced users who already handle extreme pouches, and it is absolutely not a beginner pouch.
