How Our Price Match™ Works

Our Price Match™ is available on selected products that are marked with the Price Match™ tag on our webshop.

To request a Price Match™, the product must be identical to the one sold on Snusmania, including brand, flavour, nicotine strength, pouch format and can size. The Price Match™ only applies when you buy 10 cans or more of the same product.

You can request a Price Match™ before placing your order, or you can claim it up to 5 days after your order has been placed.

To make a request, simply contact us and send us a link to the competitor’s product page. Once we have checked the price and confirmed that it meets our conditions, we can help you with the matched price.

Reasons to Qualify for Price Match™

To qualify for Price Match™, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must have the Price Match™ tag
   Price Match™ only applies to selected products marked with the Price Match™ tag on Snusmania.
2. You must order 10 cans or more
   The request only applies when buying at least 10 cans of the same product.
3. The competitor price must be a regular price
   We only match normal prices. Sale prices, clearance prices, discount codes, campaigns, bundle deals or other reduced prices do not qualify.
4. The competitor must be a major European online webshop
   The lower price must come from a major online webshop in Europe.
5. We do not price match Swedish webshops
   Price Match™ does not apply to prices from Swedish webshops.
6. The product must be identical
   The brand, flavour, nicotine strength, pouch format and can size must match the product sold on Snusmania.
7. The competitor product must be in stock
   The product must be available to buy from the competitor at the time of the request.
8. The competitor price must be publicly visible
   The price must be shown clearly online and available for us to verify.
9. The request must be made within the allowed time
   You can request Price Match™ before placing your order or up to 5 days after your order was placed.
10. The request must be approved by Snusmania
    All Price Match™ requests must be reviewed and approved before the Price Match™ is confirmed.

When Price Match™ Does Not Apply

We do not offer Price Match™ on products that are part of temporary discounts, sales campaigns, clearance offers, bundle deals or other reduced prices.

This means we do not match prices from:

• Sale products
• Clearance products
• Limited-time discounts
• Discount codes
• Loyalty offers
• Bundle offers
• Outlet prices
• Mistake prices
• Swedish webshops

Our Price Match™ only applies to the competitor’s normal regular price.

Claiming Price Match™ After Your Order

If you have already placed an order, you can still claim Price Match™ for up to 5 days after the order date.

To claim it, contact our customer service team with your order number and a link to the competitor’s product page. If the product and price meet our Price Match™ conditions, we will review your request and help you with the price difference.

Price Match™ requests made after an order has been placed are still subject to approval by Snusmania. The competitor price must be valid, visible and available at the time we review your request.
