Apres Hugo Spritz is based on the Hugo, the elderflower-and-prosecco cocktail, and the pouch leads with that floral elderflower note. Après list it as No.15. It tastes fresh and lightly sweet, more summer drink than dessert, and elderflower is still an unusual pouch flavour.
