We've partnered with DHL to make deliveries faster, more reliable, and easier to track. Your snus and nicotine pouch orders now ship through one of the most trusted logistics networks in Europe.
What's changed
Orders from Snusmania now go out via DHL, which means faster transit times and real-time tracking from the moment your parcel leaves us to the moment it arrives. No more guessing when it will show up.
This applies across our full range, brands like Iceberg, Cuba, Pablo, Killa, Velo and ZYN, plus everything else in stock.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with a DHL tracking number. As soon as your parcel is booked you get an email with a link, and you can follow each scan from our warehouse to your local delivery point. If you have an account with us, the tracking link also sits under your order history.
Pick-up points and home delivery
Depending on your country, DHL offers both home delivery and collection from a nearby DHL pick-up point or parcel locker. A pick-up point is handy if you are not home during the day: your parcel waits safely and you collect it with an ID or a code when it suits you. Parcels are usually held for several days before they are returned, so it pays to collect promptly.
Delivery times across the EU
DHL's network covers the whole of Europe, so wherever you are, Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium or further afield, you get the same service. Delivery times vary by country, typically a few working days once the parcel is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are sent the next working day.
If your parcel is delayed
Tracking occasionally pauses for a day at a sorting hub, which is normal and usually clears on its own. If your tracking has not moved for several days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with DHL for you.
