Snusmania ships tracked parcels with DHL to 21 EU countries. Orders are usually packed and handed to DHL within 1-2 business days, and you get an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. We do not currently ship to Denmark, Finland, France, Sweden, Cyprus or Malta.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery times are counted in business days from dispatch. Prices are per order and shown at checkout before you pay.

How does DHL pickup point delivery work?
Choose DHL pickup point delivery at checkout and your order goes to the pickup point closest to your address. DHL sends you the exact location and your collection code once the parcel ships. You can change the pickup point through the DHL email or app.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and usually leave within 1-2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
How do I track my order?
When your parcel ships, you get an email with a DHL tracking link, so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery. If your tracking has not updated, our contact page answers the most common questions.

Do you ship to France, Sweden or Denmark?
Not at the moment. We ship to 21 EU countries, listed above.
Is shipping free?
Delivery to a DHL pickup point is free on orders from €89 (€119 to Greece). Home delivery is charged in most countries. In Ireland and Lithuania, where home delivery is the only option, it is free from €89.
Can I change my pickup point?
Yes. Once your parcel ships, you can change the pickup point through the DHL email or app.
What if my parcel is late?
Delivery times are estimates. If your tracking has not moved for several business days, contact us through the contact page with your order number.
