Snusmania does not assume any liability for customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, or other import-related charges imposed by the destination country. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any such obligations and consequences resulting from the importation of the goods.

Return & Withdrawal Policy

This Return & Withdrawal Policy applies to purchases made from Snusmania by consumers.

Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior instructions may be delayed or refused if we cannot identify the order.

2. International Orders and Local Import Rules

All orders are shipped from Denmark.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered can legally be imported, possessed, purchased, and used in the destination country. This includes, but is not limited to, local rules regarding nicotine products, age restrictions, customs rules, VAT, excise duties, import taxes, and other local charges.

Snusmania is not responsible for customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, import charges, delays, seizures, refusals, or other consequences caused by local import rules or the customer’s failure to comply with local law.

If an order is refused, returned, seized, destroyed, or cannot be delivered due to local import restrictions, unpaid charges, failed age verification, incorrect address details, or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct any actual shipping, return, customs, carrier, or handling costs from any refund, where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

3. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a third party chosen by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple parcels, the withdrawal period starts when you receive the last parcel.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly within the 14-day period.

Your message must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your order number, full name, email address, and the products you wish to return.

You may also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this policy, but it is not required.

4. Returning Goods After Withdrawal

After informing us that you wish to withdraw, you must send the goods back without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

We recommend using tracked shipping. The customer is responsible for the return parcel until it reaches us.

We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or with unpaid postage.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

We accept returns of unopened goods only.

Nicotine products are sealed consumer goods. For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, opened cans, opened rolls, broken seals, opened boxes, used products, or products otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the order cannot be returned for change-of-mind withdrawal.

You may open the outer shipping parcel to inspect the delivery, but the individual product packaging, cans, rolls, boxes, and seals must remain unopened and intact.

Returned products must be in their original condition and suitable for resale. If the goods have been handled more than necessary, damaged, opened, unsealed, or returned in a condition that reduces their value, you may be responsible for the diminished value. For opened or unsealed nicotine products, the commercial value may be reduced to zero.

Please pack returned goods securely. Missing or damaged packaging may reduce the refund amount if it affects the product’s resale value.

6. Refunds

If you withdraw from the full order, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method originally offered at checkout.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the extra cost above the standard delivery option.

If you withdraw from only part of your order, we will refund the price of the returned goods. Original delivery costs are only refunded for partial returns where required by mandatory law.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.

Refunds are processed without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal, subject to our right to withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return shipment have been received. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional banking days before the money appears in your account.

7. Faulty, Wrong, or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty, wrong, or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible at jannek@nicopods.dk.

Please include:

Order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Batch number or expiry date if relevant

If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item, we will handle the case in accordance with your mandatory consumer rights. This may include replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable solution.

If we require the product to be returned because it is faulty, wrong, or damaged on arrival, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide return instructions.

Taste preference, strength preference, or a customer ordering the wrong product does not count as a product defect.

Damage caused by customer handling, incorrect storage after delivery, or misuse is not covered.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different product, you must return the eligible unopened product and place a new order.

9. Refused, Uncollected, or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, not collected, the address was incorrect or incomplete, delivery failed due to the customer, age verification failed, or local charges were not paid, we may refund the product value if the goods are returned to us unopened and in resaleable condition.

Where permitted by law, we may deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs fees, handling costs, and other direct costs caused by the failed delivery.

If the parcel is not returned to us, or if it is seized, destroyed, or otherwise lost due to local import rules or customer-related delivery issues, we may be unable to issue a refund, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will try to cancel it and issue a refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, the normal withdrawal and return process applies.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product purchased from Snusmania, please contact us first at jannek@nicopods.dk so we can try to resolve the issue.

If we cannot resolve the complaint, eligible consumers may be able to submit a complaint through the Danish public consumer complaints system, including the Danish Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints and the Consumer Complaints Board, where the legal conditions for using the system are met.

Consumers in another EU country may also seek guidance from their local European Consumer Centre.
