At Snusmania, international shipping is handled in a structured and reliable way, following the same principles that have always defined good mail order trade: fast processing, clear communication, and responsibility on both sides. We ship orders daily to customers across the EU and EU territories, using trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and discreet delivery.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. This processing time includes order verification, picking, packing, and preparation for dispatch.

During periods of high order volume, such as campaigns, holidays, or unexpected demand spikes, processing and shipping may take slightly longer than usual. These delays are normally limited to a few extra working days. If your order is expected to be significantly delayed, we will contact you directly by email or telephone with an update. We believe in keeping customers informed rather than leaving them guessing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges are clearly shown before payment is completed, with no hidden fees added later.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping option. Overnight delivery is only available for orders delivered within the EU and only where local carriers support this service. Standard delivery options are available for all EU countries and EU territories.

Snusmania ships exclusively within the EU and EU territories. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside these regions will not be processed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch. This allows you to follow your shipment step by step until it reaches your door.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that delivery attempts are not missed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Snusmania Company Limited is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by local authorities. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes tariffs, handling fees, or local taxes required by your country of residence.

Damages and Lost Shipments

Snusmania Company Limited is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once the order has been handed over to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all original packaging materials and damaged items, as these are required by carriers when processing claims. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied.
